"Следует производить оценку с точки зрения потребностей людей. Так, стратегические товары могут быть заменены, что позволит экономике стать более гибкой и не позволять другим нацеливаться на наши стратегические товары. Например, мы можем перейти с пшеницы на рис как товар стратегического значения и изменить нашу приспособленность", - сказал Григорян.
Основным поставщиком пшеницы в Армению является Россия.
