А вот сейчас тревожно. Правительство РФ может начать работу над механизмом поэтапного раскрытия счетов эскроу в долевом строительстве. Такое мнение высказал ТАСС вице-премьер РФ Марат Хуснуллин:
Пока же тема постепенного перечисления средств дольщиков непосредственно на счета застройщика жилья встречает жесткое сопротивление финансовой системы.
