Предусмотрено 558 квартир с различными планировками, 139 машино-мест в подземном паркинге и 128 кладовых для хранения вещей. Территория будет благоустроена: появятся детские площадки, сенсорный сад, зоны отдыха с креслами и лежаками. Сейчас завершаются работы над фундаментом и надземной частью первого этапа. Девелопером выступает компания «Среда». Строительство контролируется экспертами.
