В настоящее время на строительной площадке завершаются монолитные работы, приступили к укладке кровли, монтажу фасадов и окон. Последний этап работ предусматривает установку необходимого оборудования.

Четырехэтажное здание школы будет оборудовано просторными классами, медицинским блоком, вместительной столовой и многофункциональным спортивным залом. Актовый зал вместимостью до 300 человек послужит местом для раскрытия талантов учащихся и проведения разнообразных мероприятий.

Изначально школу планировали сдать в 4 квартале 2024 года. Но позднее Андрей Иванов заявил, что сдача запланирована на вторую половину 2025 года.
