💛 Что понравилось: — новые эмоции; — детальная (!) концентрация внимания на теле, мозг больше не думает ни о чём; — новые упражнения; — индивидуальное занятие, где тренер уделяет внимание только тебе.
📎 Что было сложно: — это медленная, спокойная тренировка, где идёт силовая нагрузка на всё тело (и ты нормально так потеешь); а я очень шабутная, мозг не привык к такой медлительности; — слушать тренера и на слух выполнять новые упражнения — жесть, я офигела; — занятие прошло очень быстро, хотелось ещё 💧
💸 Итог Я очень давно хотела попробовать, было круто. Но не думаю, что буду ходить регулярно, так как это дороговато, плюс у меня уже есть абонемент в свою студию возле дома.
