Подписан План российско-казахстанских культурных событий к 80-летию Победы

На встрече с Министром культуры и информации Республики Казахстан Аидой Балаевой обсудили План совместных мероприятий, приуроченных к 80-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне. Он включает в себя разнообразные события: от выставок и кинопоказов до конференций и мастер-классов. Все они направлены на сохранение и укрепление дружественных отношений между Россией и Казахстаном.

Кроме того, в следующем году нас ждут Дни культуры Казахстана в России и открытие Аллеи вечной дружбы России и Казахстана. Также договорились и дальше взаимодействовать в части гастролей наших театров, межмузейных проектов и кинематографа.

Убеждена, что совместные усилия сделают культурную жизнь наших стран ещё более насыщенной и интересной!

Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
