Во Всероссийский единый день бесплатной юридической помощи сотрудники моего Аппарата встретились в Донбасском государственном университете юстиции со студентами, представляющими первую юридическую клинику в новых субъектах Российской Федерации.

Будущие юристы регулярно проводят личные приемы, демонстрируют полученные правовые знания на практике. Для них это возможность применить свои навыки на пользу людям и получить первый профессиональный опыт.

📍С 2023 года мы консолидируем усилия с российскими вузами для повышения доступности правовой помощи. Появление новых юридических клиник и привлечение в них талантливой молодежи станут важным шагом на пути к укреплению защиты прав наших граждан.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
