Любой сталкивается с, казалось бы, непреодолимыми трудностями, но важно помнить, что ты всегда можешь помочь себе. И люди, кто рядом. И людям, кто рядом. Во всех смыслах. Главное - не отчаиваться. И не пропускать понедельник. Сегодняшняя тренировка была выполнена для того, чтобы через пот вытолкнуть из себя усталость повседневности.
