Сегодня, 25 декабря, в апелляционном военном суде во Власихе (Подмосковье) прошло рассмотрение апелляции на приговор по делу драматурга Светланы Петрийчук и режиссёрки Жени Беркович.
Судебная коллегия определила: приговор второго западного военного суда изменить – исключить из приговора указания об осуждении Беркович за публикацию в сети в 2019 году пьесы «Финист Ясный Сокол» и признание обстоятельством, отягчающим наказание Петрийчук, совершение этих действий группой лиц по предварительному сговору. Беркович назначено наказание 5 лет и 7 месяцев. Петрийчук назначено наказание в общей сложности 5 лет и 10 месяцев в исправительной колонии общего режима. Приговор может быть обжалован в кассационном суде.
