Рост цен на ремонт и медуслуги требует пересмотра выплат, но увеличение сумм не должно повлиять на стоимость полисов. Если закон примут, новые правила начнут действовать с 1 сентября 2025 года.
Автор инициативы подчеркнул, что пересмотр страховых сумм необходим из-за удорожания автозапчастей, ремонтных работ и медицинских услуг. Он отметил, что это решение поможет избежать ситуаций, когда пострадавшие не могут покрыть свои расходы в пределах страхового лимита.
