بله تا حدودی.... همین که سعی میکنم مشکلات را صادقانه مشارکت کنم .از تجربه دیگران استفاده میکنم .بیشتر گوش میکنم کمتر حرف میزنم.دست از تغییر دادن دیگران برداشته در پی تغییر دادن خودم هستم.رابطه من با خدا دیگر بر اساس ترس و باور قدیمی نیست به او اعتماد دارم از سر راه او کنار میروم مشکلات را به او میسپارم با او رابطه برقرار میکنم . به خودم و دیگران احترام میگذارم .عجزهایم را شناخته ام و انها را اقرار میکنم .نسبت به دنیای اطرافم احساس خوبی دارم .ترسهایم خیلی کمتر شده و ارزشهای زیادی در زندگی خود و درون خود میبینم.با کسانی در ارتباط هستم که ارزشهای شناخته شده ای برایم دارند....همه بیانگر این است که زندگی من از نظر حالت معنوی هم رشد کرده است..

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
