1. Желатин развести согласно инструкции. 2. Мандарины пробить в блендере. 3. Творог выложить в миску, подсластитель, кокосовую стружку и желатин, хорошо перемешать. 4. Вылить в форму и убрать в холодильник до застывания. 5. По желанию украсить тертым шоколадом, фруктами.
