Сегодня же, в рамках 30-го заседания Думы, депутаты внесли изменения в документ, определяющий структуру представительного органа Ростова. В частности, теперь должность главы Думы будет звучать короче – из нее убрана вторая часть «глава города Ростова-на-Дону», а также сокращены должностные полномочия в этой части.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
