План благоустройства и озеленения Пскова утвердили на 2023 год в ходе очередной сессии гордумы. Согласно плану, в Пскове выполнят капитальный ремонт автомобильных дорог и тротуаров, чистку ливневых канализаций, ремонт колодцев согласно графику, ремонт автобусных остановок, благоустройство дворовых территорий и парков.
Кроме того в 2023 году в Пскове уберут аварийные деревья: 1000 в Пскове и 150 на Крестовском шоссе.
