Что ответил Минтранс неизвестно, мы же ответим парламентарию, что строить дороги мы, конечно, можем. Однако деньги на эти нужды обычно кредитует нам Китай. А кто деньги дает, тот, как известно, своих рабочих и пристраивает. Те 10% средств, что выделены от КР - ни в счет. 😉
