Голосование американских иранцев на президентских выборах в США
Опрос Public Affairs Alliance of Iranian Americans показывает, что америанские иранцы скорее будут голосов за Камалу Харрис (45%), хотя Дональд Трамп (41%) не так уж сильно от неё отстаёт.
При этом, что интересно, те же самые люди скорее предпочтут иметь большинство демократов (42%), а не республиканцев (31%) в Конгрессе. Для 24% нет никакой разницы, кто будет большинством.
Вообще заметен довольно сильный сдвиг в их настроениях. Если даже в 2016 г. они поддерживали Берни Сандерса (43%) и Хиллари Клинтон (34%) с большим отрывом от Трампа (9%), то сейчас кандидаты обеих партий почти сравнялись по уровню поддержки. А на выборах 2020 г. они однозначно поддержали Джо Байдена (56%), поддержка Трампа была куда меньше (31%).
Из интересного ещё можно отметить, что тремя важнейшими факторами, определяющими голосование американских иранцев являются отношения США и Ирана (55%), инфляция и уровень жизни (40%) и экономика и рабочие места (39%).
