Против оппозиционного политика Леонида Гозмана возбуждено уголовное дело по статье о «распространении заведомо ложных сведений о Вооружённых силах РФ» (ч. 2 ст. 207.3 УК).
Основанием для преследования стали публикации, распространённые оппозиционером в соцсетях и Telegram.
«Опубликованные Гозманом в сети материалы прошли комплексное психолого-лингвистическое исследование, в ходе которого была доказано намеренное искажение информации о ходе специальной военной операции», – пишет ТАСС.
Ранее Гозман из-за давления со стороны властей покинул Россию. Кроме того, политик внесён в реестр «иностранных агентов».

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
