❗️Сегодня пришли результаты анализов на коронавирус сотрудников областной администрации. Подозрение на коронавирус выявлено у пресс-секретаря Губернатора Сергея Зюся. За последний месяц он не покидал пределов региона и страны, не имел контактов с гражданами, вернувшимися из-за рубежа. Важно отметить, что результат анализа пока предварительный. Необходим дополнительный анализ, который уже у сотрудника взят. Остальные отобранные анализы сотрудников - отрицательные.
Как только стало известно о первичных результатах анализа, Зюсь самоизолировался, соблюдает все ограничительные мероприятия. Самочувствие хорошее. Будем оперативно сообщать о результатах анализов.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
