🎉25 ноября Посол С.В.Григорьев с супругой посетили церемонию официального открытия Дней культуры Республики Беларусь в Республике Таджикистан. По этому случаю в Театре оперы и балета им. С.Айни присутствовали первые заместители министров культуры РБ и РТ, члены дипкорпуса, представители общественности. Под бурные аплодисменты прошел концерт мастеров искусств Белоруссии.

📽В рамках Дней культуры пройдет Неделя белорусского кино, книжная выставка и другие мероприятия.

❗️Россия приветствует укрепление культурных связей между братскими народами Белоруссии и Таджикистана.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
