Ожидаю: 🔸наглядный, понятный проект, с примерным перечнем материалов (а еще лучше с указанием, где купить). 🔸 понимания, что проектируются помещения высокой проходимости для "старого" МКД. Вундервафля мне не нужна. 🔸 умение обосновать свое решение, выбор того или иного цвета и т.д. 🔸 заимодействие онлайн и очно с заказчиком (со мной).
Чего мне не надо: 🔹модного, молодежного, вычурного, что будет "круто", но у меня будет дергаться глаз. 🔹 лепнины, мрамора, статуй. Простота эксплуатации наше всё.
