🔸измельчаем кабачок 🔸добавляем яйцо 🔸специи по вкусу 🔸4 ст ложки муки 🔸смазать желтком и посыпать кунжутом Выпекать на 180° минут 30
Для бургера я делаю паровые котлеты: 🔸Яйцо, куриный фарш, специи, рисовая мука пару ложек 🔸Кетчуп Mr. djemius без сахара Салатный лист, сыр Чеддер, помидор и солёный огурец.
