Эта база МВД, куда включат иностранцев, незаконно находящихся в стране. Обновляться она будет 4 раза в сутки.
В отношении внесенного в указанный реестр иностранца будут применяться ограничительные меры на открытие банковских счетов, выдачу наличных свыше 30 тысяч рублей в месяц, управление транспортными средствами, приобретение и регистрацию имущества, заключение брака, изменение места жительства.
