Около 200 жалоб поступило на акцию банка, где гарантировался 20% кешбэк за оплату мобильной связи картой банка, а после можно было оплатить кешбэком услуги ЖКХ. Если в цифрах, то клиенты с подпиской «Премиум» могли получить до 30 тыс. рублей кешбэком, без подписки 3 тыс. рублей.
Акция была запущена 10 ноября, но уже через два дня были сокращены строки, а ещё через два дня 14 ноября банк начал отказываться выплачивать кешбэк.
Теперь финомбудсмен собирает жалобы на финансовую организацию, а выплаты за обман клиентов могу только вырасти.
