Интересный кейс с КРТ Зюзино - Одесская, 4-6. Если лонг стори шорт - механизм крайне непрозрачный, полностью на "ручном" управлении - как со стороны у кого землю изымают, так и со стороны кому на этой земле надо будет строить.

В Зюзино город вообще даже ППТ не стал разрабатывать, а сразу после ППМ пошел изымать.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
