В 3 квартале 2022 года отскочили потому что были старты продаж и регистрации в Репаблике и Ривер парке Кутузовский - мощные проекты с большим объемом.
Может такое падение ещё связано с тем, что все брокеры элитной недвижимости греют свои попки в Дубае, рассказывая публике бизнес-класса, что нужно инвестировать в Дубай и иметь на всякий случай запасную гавань?
Надо принять законодательные меры по поддержки роскошной недвижимости Москвы? А то такими темпами ценник до комфорт-класса скатится.
