Промзоне №54 "Прожектор" (как же романтично называются промзоны в Москве) по сути конец. ДГИ выкинул 3 проекта-уачстка по её редевелопменту. Добавляем ещё участок Плеханова, 11 (1) - который в начале окучивал Эталон, но реализовывать будет ПИК. И участок…

КРТ в промзоне "Прожектор" видоизменилось. Как видим, пускают оба участка под реновацию. Цифры значительные - 300+ тыс. кв. м.

Рядом с этими участками все хотел стартануть ПИК, но старт продаж в "Плеханова, 11" уже пару раз переносили. На самой площадке уже движ - копают котлован, так что выход скоро.
