Сейчас там недостроенный паркинг, где первый этаж каким-то образом функционирует - мойка, шиномонтаж, шаурма. Бывают и такие конфузы в нашей бизнес-коуч деревне.

Участок выходит на набережную. Вот прекрасный вид у кого-то будет.
