Появились рендеры для проекта реновации в Северном Измайлово #реновация

Городская сегрегация это обычное дело для западных городов. В постсоветском городе она обычно выражена странно и чаще всего тупо. В случае Москвы - на западе все ок, на юго-востоке все плохо. Тут заводы, там зеленка - все просто.

Реновация, к сожалению, только способствует процессу сегрегации. Сравните какой дом построят на Бауманской на месте трагически сложившегося как карточный домик Басманного рынка. И дома, например в Измайлово. Одно дело, когда сегрегацию раскручиваю девелоперы своими сегментами и тд, но когда сам город способствует делению общества по средствам архитектуры и строительства - это странно.
