Надеюсь на реализацию не отдали калинке, а то будет как с "Воробьевом домом". Проект в стиле "Небо", которое отторговалось очень неплохо по цене 200-210, но потом ценник долетел до 300 и продажи подснизились. Тут локация очень спорная, но проект с 3 башнями точно будет в топе по продажам в бизнес-классе это же Раменки. Инвест будет если выйдут ниже 240.
