Сильнейшими являются пока ВС США, но их давно не видели в деле, однако происходящие в них изменения уже последние лет 20-25 не поддаются, порой, осмыслению с традиционных позиций военной аналитики. Поэтому относительный рейтинг должен выглядеть примерно так: 1.США 2.Россия 3.Украина 4.Китай 5.Турция 6.Израиль.... а далее кому как нравится.
