Например, в июле на популярном у местных националистов ютуб-канале пожилую русскую женщину заставили извиняться за публичное упоминание об основании города Актау (до 1991 года — Шевченко) русскими.
Но на этом активисты не остановились и начали устраивать рейды по общепиту с «охотой на гастарбайтеров из России», не обслуживающих покупателей по-казахски. Подобные патрули уже работают во всех крупных городах страны, но Россия не видит в происходящем проблем.
