Из материалов дела следует, что перед столичным судом предстанет безработный Назримад Лутфуллои. СМИ сообщают, что ему 23 года, он уроженец Таджикистана и ранее был судим. Также сообщается, что на следующий день после теракта Назримад был арестован на 15 суток за вызывающее и дерзкое поведение у здания «Крокуса».
Ранее пресс-служба СК заявлял, что он участвовал в схеме финансирования террористов.
