В распоряжение Readovka попали кадры работы беспилотника «Овод». Точно наведясь на вражескую пехоту, укрывшуюся в окопе, дрон уверенно поразил ее. Надежность управления беспилотником обеспечивается бесперебойной связью российского производства. Дрон способен преодолеть 10 км с зарядом до 5 кг и 20 км с зарядом до 2 кг.
За счет строгого контроля качества «Овод» имеет высокую отказоустойчивость. Безопасность оператора при установке на беспилотник боевой части обеспечена платой инициации, также произведенной в России. БПЛА «Овод» был разработан в Туле проектной группой Андрея Иванова. Благодаря АНО «ЦБСТ» ряд инициативных отечественных производителей получил возможность поставлять свои беспилотники на фронт.
