По решению Дональда Трампа госсекретарь США Марко Рубио выпустил указ, согласно которому на 90 дней приостанавливается вся финансовая помощь, оказываемая иностранным государствам, сообщает Politico.
Как пишет издание, указ, скорее всего, касается в том числе помощи, выделяемой Украине. Уже известно точно, что он не распространяется на Израиль и Египет.
