На участке площадью 2,9 гектара возведут 145 тыс. кв. м недвижимости, включая 93 тыс. «квадратов» жилья. Это три корпуса высотой от 9 до 39 этажей на едином стилобате. Архитектурную концепцию разработало бюро «Апекс».

Mypriority Mnevniki будут строить в два этапа. Их сдадут во втором квартале 2028 года и во втором квартале 2029 года соответственно.

Предварительное бронирование стартовало больше месяца назад. Стоимость квартир – от 16,8 млн рублей.
