7 февраля генеральный секретарь ОДКБ Имангали Тасмагамбетов выступил на четвёртом совещании председателей комитетов (комиссий) парламентов государств – членов ОДКБ, к предмету ведения которых относятся вопросы международных отношений, обороны и безопасности. Мероприятие состоялось в Государственной Думе Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации.
В своём выступлении Имангали Тасмагамбетов выразил удовлетворение регулярным взаимодействием руководства Секретариата ОДКБ и представителей парламентов государств – членов ОДКБ. Парламентское измерение, отметил он, становится всё более важным направлением нашей работы.
