ИМЕЛИ СУЖДЕНИЕ о положении дел в Будапештско-Венгерской епархии.
ПОСТАНОВИЛИ:
1. Образовать Комиссию по изучению положения дел в Будапештско-Венгерской епархии.
2. На время работы названной Комиссии временно отстранить митрополита Будапештского и Венгерского Илариона от управления Будапештско-Венгерской епархии.
3. Временное управление Будапештско-Венгерской епархии поручить Патриаршему экзарху Западной Европы митрополиту Корсунскому и Западноевропейскому Нестору.
4. Освободить митрополита Илариона от должностей председателя Синодальной библейско-богословской комиссии и председателя Комиссии Межсоборного Присутствия по богословию и богословскому образованию и назначить исполняющим обязанности председателя обеих комиссий Преосвященного епископа Егорьевского Мефодия, включив его в состав Межсоборного Присутствия.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
