И как без её министерской подписи, Андрей и Наталья, пресловутые, эти контракты закрепляли и пускали в дело? Когда в любых министерствах Республики, даже аванс на зарплаты сотрудников, не выдают без подписи министра.И ещё интересно, Айдарову закрыли на месяц, по делу о заключению контрактов всего на 35 миллионов. А Андрей и Наталья, 45 миллионов законтрачили, а министр Алибекова, ни сном, ни духом, об этом не знала?🙃
