О том, что Кузьминов был убит в испанском городе Вильяхойоса, СМИ сообщали еще в феврале текущего года. Позднее его смерть официально подтверждала, например, полиция Испании. Однако летом в соцсетях появились кадры, на которых был запечатлен мужчина, похожий на Кузьминова.
Как отмечает телеканал, это, вероятно, был специально замаскированный служащий украинской разведки – так украинцы проводили кампанию по дезинформации, чтобы мир подумал, что Кузьминов выжил и по-прежнему работает на Украину.
