Президент ввёл военное положение против "северрокорейских комунистических сил", а так же намерения оппозиции создать хаос. Весёлые ребята с автоматами как раз исполняют приказы назначенного президентом командующего военным положением.
При этом технически парламенту никто не препятствует. Несмотря на призывы защищать демократию от оппозиции, оффмциально пока нац собрание не разогнали и вроде даже не препятствуют депутатам.
В общем Юн Сок Ёль почти как Ельцин, а Ельцин - наш слон. Демократический(ну почти)
