О переходе к этапу оценки сообщил заказчик – местный орган по реформе железных дорог (ARF). По данным издания economica.net, на все лоты были поданы две заявки – от Alstom и Siemens.
Тендер стоимостью от €660 млн до €844 млн без НДС был объявлен в мае 2022 года. Он разбит на три лота - 20, 23 и 19 поездов. Срок контрактов – 18,5 года. Поставщик должен обеспечить 15-летнее обслуживание техники с возможностью продления на такой же период.
Пока последние контракты на электропоезда в Румынии получала французская Alstom. В марте-2022 она стала исполнителем по заказу ARF на 20 шестивагонных межрегиональных электропоездов, а осенью к нему был реализован опцион еще на 17 машин. При этом изначально поставщиком выбрали консорциум CRRC и румынской Astra Vagoane, китайский производитель даже построил поезд под конкурс. Однако Alstom добилась победы через суд.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
