Тогда суд первой инстанции не нашел доказательств тому, что Alstom необходимо привлечь к субсидиарной ответственности по долгам «Первой локомотивной компании» (ПЛК). Конкурсный управляющий ПЛК Кирилл Прокофьев просил начать такое делопроизводство, указывая Alstom как правопреемницу Bombardier Transportation, которая была участником локомотивостроительного СП в Энгельсе.
Теперь права требований по субсидиарной ответственности Alstom и ряда других компаний выставлены на торги.
