В Ингушетии следственными органами 04.07.2022 возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении уроженца ст.Орджоникидзевская Сунженского района ЧИАССР, АУШЕВА Адама Магометовича, 24.02.1985 г.р., по подозрению в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.205.2 УК РФ.
Следствием установлено, что А.Аушев, находясь в г.Ларнака (Кипр) в марте 2022 г. разместил в сети Интернет материалы, содержащие психолого-лингвистические признаки публичного оправдания и пропаганды террористической деятельности. Подозреваемому избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу (заочно).
Ранее в марте 2022 г. в отношении А.Аушева за распространение в сети Интернет публичных призывов к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.2 ст.280 УК РФ.
Преступление выявлено ЦПЭ МВД по РИ совместно с ФСБ России.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
