В Госдуму внесли законопроект о праве органов внутренних дел принимать решения о выдворении иностранцев из России. Нововведение позволит сократить время и финансовые затраты, связанные с доставлением иностранных граждан в суды, а также оперативно высылать с территории страны иностранных граждан за нарушение российских законов.
Еще одним законопроектом, связанным с высылкой мигрантов, предлагается запретить иностранным гражданам менять место жительства или пребывания в стране без разрешения правоохранителей, выезжать за пределы региона проживания, управлять транспортом, а также приобретать имущество и заключать брак.
Кроме того, предлагается сократить срок временного пребывания иностранцев в России до 90 суток в течение года.
