В Барнауле в годовщину гибели Алексея Навального силовики патрулируют территорию у памятника «Прощание», пытаясь помешать горожанам почтить его память.
Несмотря на присутствие полиции, неравнодушные жители всё же возложили цветы, отдавая дань уважения политику.
