Напомним, что 24 января домой к девушке, проживающей вместе с мужем Александром Доценко, тоже художником, пришли с обыском сотрудники ФСБ. Супругов обвинили в «призывах к терроризму» и отправили в СИЗО до 29 февраля.
Дело возбудили из-за листовок на украинском языке, которые Анастасия и Александр разместили в магазине «Лента». В мае прошлого года в квартире Дюдяевой уже срывали открытие пацифистской выставки.
Рассмотрение жалобы адвоката Олеси Васильченко на меру пресечения художнице прошло сегодня в Ленинградском областном суде в закрытом режиме по постановлению суда первой инстанции. Слушателям позволили зайти в зал до начала и увидеть Асю по видеосвязи. Меру в виде содержания под стражей оставили без изменений.
Апелляция на меру пресечения Александру Доценко пока не назначена.
