شاركت وزيرة الثقافة في افتتاح فعاليات مهرجان "المواسم الروسية" المخصص بالذكرى ال40 لاقامة العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين روسيا وسلطنة عمان. وانطلقت فعاليات المهرجان بمعرض لمتحف ارميتاج الروسي بعنوان "هدايا من خيوة وبخارى للبيت الإمبراطوري الروسي" في المتحف الوطني العماني.

والتقى أولغا ليوبيموفا مع وزير التراث والسياحة العماني سالم بن محمد المحروقي. ركز اللقاء على إقامة المواسم الروسية والتعاون بين المتاحف في البلدين.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
