За последние полтора года больше всего уголовных дел пришлось на граждан Узбекистана. Тожик тоже чут чут преступлений совершал. Больше 10.000. Они на втором месте. Далее идут киргизы. Самая распространённая статья - незаконный оборот наркотиков. Но и убивают представители "братских народов" нормальными темпами.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
