С 1 марта 2026 года в России вступит в силу закон, обязывающий предприятия сокращать выбросы загрязняющих веществ в атмосферу при неблагоприятных метеорологических условиях (НМУ), таких как безветрие.
Компании должны будут разрабатывать и согласовывать с региональными властями индивидуальные планы по снижению выбросов при получении прогноза о НМУ. Информация о неблагоприятных условиях, предоставляемая Росгидрометом, станет общедоступной для бизнеса и населения.
По словам члена Общественной палаты Владимира Лифантьева, многие предприятия игнорируют предупреждения о безветрии, что приводит к застаиванию выбросов и ухудшению экологической ситуации. Это подчеркивает важность публичного доступа к информации о НМУ. В регионах, таких как Красноярск, подобные ситуации называют “черным небом”.
