📘В соответствии с ГОСТ Р 58535-2019 "Стоимостной инжиниринг. Термины и определения", точность оценки стоимости и готовности проекта, в зависимости от разработанных исходных данных, технологической сложности проекта, наличия и качества справочной информации, степени учета непредвиденных факторов, на разных стадиях следующая:
1️⃣Концепция Готовность – 0%-2% Класс точности 5 – от -20% до +30% (-50%...+100%)
2️⃣ТЭО, ОБИН (НЦС) Готовность – 1%-15% Класс точности 4 – от -15% до +20% (-30%...+50%)
3️⃣ПД (ПДОСС) Готовность – 10%-40% Класс точности 3 – от -10% до +10% (-20%...+30%)
4️⃣Тендер (НМЦК) Готовность – 30%-70% Класс точности 2 – от -5% до +5% (-15%...+20%)
5️⃣Балансовая, КС-14 Готовность – 50%-100% Класс точности 1 – от -3% до +3% (-10%...+15%)
ℹ️Оценка стоимости - прогнозирование объемов, стоимости и/или цены ресурсов, которые требуются для реализации проекта. Целью стоимостного инжинирингаявляется нахождение оптимального баланса между стоимостью, сроками и полезностью/качеством активов, продуктов, результатов проектов, программ, компаний и т.п.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
